We want you (and your dachshund) to love your order. If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to return it.

Non-returnable

Final-sale and custom items are not returnable. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.
